Football Signup Day - April 25th
It is that time again for football signups.
Saturday, April 25th 9-12 North campus DPHS. New players signups is the same day @ 1-3pm.
If you are unable to come to registration on the 25th you must get your
paperwork in before the 25th so we know to hold your spot on the team. We will
be registering new players and need to know who is coming back.
Remember to bring to registration:
1. 2009 Registration Player/parent consent form (Attached to e-mail)
2. Picture of player (wallet size)
3. Copy of birth certificate
4. Popwarner Physical dated after Jan 1st 2009 (this can be given at final
paperwork night if you don’t have it )(see forms at left)
5. Payment: $215.00 this includes a DP equipment bag
6. Proof of residence
Conditioning is going on every Sat 9-12 Sun 2-4 @ DP
Have your players take advantage of this opportunity to stay in shape for the
season!!!
